The Engineering Sales Director will lead aggressive engineering solutions development with a strong focus on identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities with key customers. This role requires a self-driven individual with a deep technical background and an ownership mindset—someone who takes initiative, drives results, and is accountable for revenue growth through strategic customer engagement and technical solutions. Must have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar Engineering degree.

  • Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary engineering team to drive innovation and company growth.
  • Develop and implement technical strategies that align manufacturing capabilities with business development goals to generate new revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through consultative technical solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, suppliers, and partners.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings to promote capabilities and convert qualified leads.
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that encourages professional growth and development for all team members.
  • Must have Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or similar Engineering degree.
  • 5-10 years’ experience in an industrial manufacturing environment in a Technical Sales or Technical Product Development Leadership role.
  • Proven experience in senior technical leadership and B2B manufacturing.
  • Demonstrated success in managing technical customer-facing teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration and customer engagement.
  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing technical roles.
  • Ability to identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities through consultative technical selling.
