As Zip's foundational Engineering team recruiting member, you will be responsible for one of the top priorities of the company -- building the team that is the lifeblood of our organization. You will be responsible for all aspects of the recruiting lifecycle from sourcing to screening to closing candidates for our Engineering organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is able to work independently and help define and manage recruiting processes. To thrive in this role, you should love working on both volume and more complex roles, and seek out high-impact work with broad visibility across the company.
