Requirements

  • Must be actively enrolled in a 4-years undergraduate Engineering, Materials Science, Chemistry, or Physics degree.
  • Have completed at least 2 years of college and be at least a Junior or Senior at time of application with a 3.0 GPA or better.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to solve complex problems using your natural curiosity.
  • Work effectively as a member of a team or on individual tasks.
  • U.S. Citizenship required. This position requires an active DOD security clearance or the ability to obtain such clearance within a reasonable time after commencement of employment.

Responsibilities

  • Participate in projects related to semiconductor device fabrication and device and materials characterization.
  • Work directly with an engineer or scientist to learn new process, device, or materials characterization equipment
  • Execute experiments, studies, or tests to characterize or improve our product. Take careful technical notes, details, and data to improve results analysis.
  • Prepare routine reports with guidance
  • Adhere to procedures relating to the proper use and care of equipment and materials
  • Project a professional company image through in-person and phone interaction
  • Support, communicate, reinforce and defend the mission, values and culture of the organization
