TechOps - Engineering Project Specialist
About The Position
Serve as project manager and technical expert for Engineering Projects and Maintenance Program task setups. Provide business process direction and consulting for Engineering Action Authorizations (AAs) and maintenance tasks. Act as liaison between Engineering and other departments to ensure timely project execution. Manage project activities to meet cycle time targets and escalate issues as needed. Apply Theory of Constraints and Critical Chain Project Management principles to improve productivity. Ensure AA setups meet compliance standards for ADs and SCEPTRE system requirements. Facilitate AD coordination, Project Strategy, and Design Freeze meetings. Mentor engineers and maintenance staff on complex setups and SCEPTRE basics. Maintain professionalism, customer focus, and safety-conscious behaviors in all processes.
