We are looking for a hands-on Engineering Program Manager to serve as the voice of the customer within our high-stakes, cross-functional manufacturing environment. In this role, you'll be the primary driver for program execution, acting as the critical bridge between our customers and our engineering and production teams. You will be responsible for translating customer needs into clear internal action, managing expectations, and ensuring every facet of product delivery is on time and compliant. This isn't just a coordination job; it’s a demanding blend of contractual acumen, technical understanding, and operational leadership—all focused on delivering mission-critical hardware and software programs. Your day-to-day work will include: Act as the primary customer liaison: Capture detailed requirements, manage expectations, and communicate transparent program status.
