About The Position
The Engineering Project Manager supports the implementation of all aspects of engineering activities and projects within an organization. Ensures all engineering projects, initiatives, and processes are in conformance with organization's established policies and objectives. The Project Manager applies best practice engineering methods and provides expert technical guidance for engineering initiatives. He/she will incorporate components, materials, and tools that result in cost-effective and quality output. This role requires a profound understanding of new and relevant technologies for the purpose of realizing efficiency. Ensures the optimal application of engineering methods to meet product development and consumer requirements. Additionally, the Project Manager supports the tracking and execution of overall engineering scope, schedule and budget. The Project Manager has a functional coordination with the bakery technical managers and project engineers and defines the activities to achieve the functional strategies and specific objectives for the sub-function and complies with the budgets/policies/procedures to support the operational business model. The Project Manager creates and maintains positive relationships with the internal and external stakeholders of the business to establish a consumer-focused culture.
