As a result of their great expansion, they are currently looking for an Engineering Project Manager to join their facility in Cactus, Texas. You will play a critical role in overseeing various aspects of engineering projects related to the facility's infrastructure, equipment, and processes. You will lead and coordinate a team of 10 professionals, as well as engineering projects that support the facility's operations, improve efficiency, ensure compliance with regulations, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. This position reports to the Plant Engineer and collaborates with the Plant Manager, Plant Operations Managers, Controller, maintenance departments, and purchasing.
