Requirements

  • 3–6+ years of experience in project management, program coordination, or operations within a fast-paced technology environment
  • Demonstrated ability to design, implement, and refine processes in high-growth or startup-style teams
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple parallel initiatives effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Comfort collaborating with distributed, cross-time-zone teams
  • High ownership mindset, with a proactive approach to identifying gaps and driving solutions
  • Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar project and ticket management systems is preferred
  • Background working with sales engineering, customer success, or B2B SaaS or infrastructure products is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve workflows for inbound requests, ensuring work is properly triaged, prioritized, assigned, and tracked through completion
  • Coordinate cross-functional projects involving engineering, sales engineering, support, and go-to-market teams, including trainings, launches, and internal initiatives
  • Build and maintain lightweight project plans, timelines, and status reporting, proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and blockers
  • Monitor project queues and follow up with stakeholders to ensure progress, clarity, and accountability
  • Capture meeting outputs, decisions, and action items, translating discussions into clear ownership and next steps
  • Standardize documentation and communication practices to support team growth and operational scalability
  • Increase visibility of team deliverables and progress through effective internal communication and enablement efforts
