Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • Minimum 5+ years of project management experience in relevant industry.
  • Demonstrated experience managing project scopes, schedules, and budgets.
  • Ability to evaluate, select, and apply project management procedures.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven problem-solving and project issue analysis skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Detail-oriented with a high standard for accuracy and quality.

Responsibilities

  • Own project scopes, schedules, and budgets from kickoff through closeout.
  • Manage multiple smaller projects or several complex projects simultaneously.
  • Coordinate and manage internal discipline teams and external subconsultants.
  • Monitor project performance and proactively identify risks and issues.
  • Ensure projects comply with client requirements and quality standards.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients on assigned projects.
  • Lead and participate in project meetings with clients and teams.
  • Review client standards and ensure alignment across teams.
