What you'll do Own Project Planning & Delivery Build and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones for engineering initiatives Coordinate execution across multiple teams and working groups Track progress, manage dependencies, and identify risks or blockers early Drive follow-through to ensure projects stay on track Partner with Product & Engineering Collaborate with Product Managers to understand priorities and objectives Work with Engineering Managers and team leads to define execution plans and timelines Facilitate alignment when priorities, scope, or timelines shift Enable Team Execution Facilitate planning sessions, check-ins, and retrospectives to support delivery Help teams break down work into clear phases and milestones Reduce friction, confusion, and unnecessary coordination overhead Improve Delivery Visibility Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders Maintain dashboards, documentation, and project artifacts Ensure shared understanding of timelines, tradeoffs, and dependencies Strengthen Delivery Practices Identify recurring delivery challenges and recommend improvements Help standardize planning and tracking practices across teams Introduce structure that supports teams without slowing them down Who you are Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or related field (or equivalent practical experience) 3–5 years of experience managing or coordinating software delivery in a technical environment Proven experience working closely with engineering teams (ideally backend systems, APIs, or platform products) Experience owning project plans, timelines, milestones, and dependencies Hands-on experience partnering with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to translate priorities into actionable plans Experience facilitating planning and delivery conversations (e.g., sprint planning, milestone reviews, retrospectives) Demonstrated ability to improve delivery clarity, predictability, and team coordination Benefits and Perks Competitive compensation (DOE) 100% paid health, dental, and basic life insurance premiums (including family coverage) Long-term disability insurance Generous PTO that increases with tenure 401(k) with company matching Ongoing training and professional development Adjustable standing desk and modern tools Drinks, snacks, team lunches, and activities In-office chiropractic services Company retreats and trips to genuinely fun places To apply: Sounds too good to be true?
