About The Position

MilliporeSigma is seeking an Engineering Project Manager to plan and drive the execution of engineering projects from end to end. This role involves coordinating scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, and on-time execution. Projects will vary from CAPEX projects to quick investigations supporting the urgent needs of the HPAPI manufacturing environment. The Project Manager will collaborate with general contractors, skilled construction workers, internal resources across all departments, global colleagues, and engineers to successfully meet site objectives. The company is committed to innovation in science and technology across Healthcare, Life Science, and Electronics, aiming to enrich people's lives. Requirements

  • In-depth knowledge of engineering principles and the ability to provide technical guidance
  • Experience in budget management, including forecasting and controlling project expenditure
  • Proven experience in project management, overseeing multiple complex projects simultaneously
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and communication, effectively liaising with diverse teams and external partners
  • Adept at problem solving and coordinating with cross-functional teams to deliver
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, BioEngineering or related discipline
  • 5+ years of work experience in manufacturing, engineering, or maintenance in an industrial setting

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems
  • Experience in a GMP regulated environment

Responsibilities

  • Plan and drive the execution of engineering projects from end to end
  • Coordinate scope, schedule, cost, quality, and stakeholders to ensure safe, compliant, on-time execution
  • Work with general contractors, skilled construction workers, internal resources across all departments, global colleagues and engineers to successfully execute assigned projects to meet the site's objectives
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Operations, Quality, Safety, Procurement, Vendors/Contractors) on project execution
  • Ensure compliance with site standards and applicable regulations
