The Engineering Project Manager supports the Director of Engineering and assists in all aspects of planning activity related to resort building and grounds maintenance, including fire, life & safety, electrical, plumbing, gas, HVAC, refrigeration, interior and exterior structural items, painting and decorating. Assists in making sure all physical assets have a fully functional inventory and preventative maintenance program in place with appropriate reporting, repair, and replacement program tied with a structured procurement program. Responds to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum guest satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons' policies. Works closely with all contractors and construction firms for property-level projects, including planning, execution and follow-up. Works across all departments to ensure achievement of the resort's Safety and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) goals. Co-leads Green Team meetings, including overseeing agenda items, and ensuring active engagement from all participants.

  • Support the Director of Engineering in planning activities related to resort building and grounds maintenance.

  • Respond to inquiries and problems efficiently and courteously.
  • Work closely with contractors and construction firms for property-level projects.
  • Maintain status updates of all projects currently in progress.
  • Coordinate with interior designers, planners, architects, consultants, and engineers.
  • Ensure contracts are maintained up to date and services are in accordance with Engineering Procedures and Policy.
  • Conduct and lead training on various skill levels to develop future engineers.
  • Extensive industry knowledge on building maintenance and energy management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software.
  • Candidates must have valid work authorization for the U.S.

  • Salary $80,000-$85,000
