Apple Online Store (AOS) is one of the world's largest online retailers, serving millions of customers around the globe. We are looking for a self-motivated Engineering Project Manager who has several years of experience in a complex, fast-moving electronic commerce or software development environments, including large-scale enterprise web applications, and has a proven track record of delivering excellent results.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in complex, fast-moving electronic commerce or software development environments.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent results.
• Industry recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) or Scrum Master certification.
• Hands on experience with design and development of highly available, distributed, and scalable enterprise systems.
• Proven track record of thriving in fast paced dev environment with constant change.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the success of your projects, steering them from concept to launch with laser focus on execution.
• Confidently navigate multifaceted environments, building strong relationships and smoothly resolving conflicts.
• Work seamlessly with engineers, product owners, and strategic partners, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
• Efficiently manage resources, monitor timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain a relentless focus on execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery while paying meticulous attention to detail.
• Proven ability to work with diverse audience through clear, compelling written and verbal communication.
• Successful track record of managing budgets and forecasting resource needs.
• Highly effective team player who can bring engineers, product managers, and designers together to deliver results.
• Experience successfully completing and delivering projects using an Agile methodology.
• Demonstrate technical aptitude with the ability to understand and articulate the business and technical implications of the decisions made by project team.
• Strong facilitation and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and lead project teams to meet all project deadlines with minimal supervision.
