About The Position

Hardware Engineering is seeking a seasoned Engineering Program Specialist to execute the acquisition of Ru0026D equipment, software, and services. You'll partner closely with engineering, procurement, finance, and vendor teams to manage the end-to-end acquisition of critical tools and resources, maintaining transparency and alignment across all stages of the procurement lifecycle. You'll serve as a key liaison between vendors, engineering teams, and finance partners-bridging the gap between policy adherence and the practical needs of product development. This role requires development of a deep understanding of purchasing policies, logistics, and compliance processes to ensure that engineering requirements are met efficiently and responsibly. By combining attention to detail with strong communication and problem-solving skills, you'll help balance operational integrity with the agility required to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Master's Degree with 3+ years of professional experience in program coordination, procurement, or related operational roles within engineering or technical environments.
• Background in project management
• Direct experience handling sensitive and confidential information with integrity, discretion, and secrecy.
