The Infrastructure Services Programs & Solutions (ISPS) - Special Programs team is dedicated to driving global infrastructure readiness to support the latest innovations in Apple's product and service offerings. The ISPS team is seeking a driven and dynamic EPM passionate about optimizing Apple's global infrastructure to unlock new experiences for global users. You'll play a pivotal role in driving data center strategic investigations in space, power, and cooling to effectively and efficiently support Apple's products and services. The Infrastructure Services Programs & Solutions - Special Programs Engineering Program Manager will partner with cross-functional teams across Apple to explore and introduce new infrastructure solutions within our data centers and colocation sites.   • Work closely with data center engineering teams to define technical roadmaps.
  • Identify critical paths and track progress to meet program achievements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally and provide comprehensive reporting to maintain alignment and advancement towards overall program goals.
  • Experience managing technical programs in the data center industry.
  • Understanding of data center technologies including power management and cooling systems.
  • Proficiency in defining technical project scope, establishing timelines, and handling dependencies across teams and organizations.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, ability to enable effective collaboration across complementary teams and partners.
  • Meticulous approach with a focus on maintaining accurate documentation and progress tracking.
  • Experience with project management software (OmniPlan, Wrike, etc.).
  • MS in computer science, engineering, or similar technical field.
