Requirements

  • 3+ years of Program Management or Technical Program Management experience leading technical programs or cross-functional software initiatives in developer or business-facing products.
  • Demonstrated success shipping client applications (e.g., iOS, macOS) and/or complementary web or backend services.
  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with engineering teams and make technically informed decisions.
  • Strong empathy for users and the ability to reason through product design trade-offs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, ability to track many moving parts at once.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging with technical and executive audiences alike.
  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs and drive alignment across stakeholders.
  • Experience on projects with rapidly changing information, while also landing work along the way.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical experience is a strong plus.
  • Technical background or hands-on experience with software development is a strong plus.
  • Experience with location-based services, tracking technologies, privacy-preserving location, or AI/ML-powered location features.
  • Familiarity with the Find My network, secure location sharing, or device tracking.
  • Prior success delivering programs at the intersection of hardware, software, and services.
  • Passion for product quality, user experience design, and attention to detail.
  • Strong growth potential: ability to operate independently while welcoming mentorship and feedback.
  • Experience working at a startup or major zero-to-one project a strong plus.
