This position supervises a staff of four Engineers and manages complex engineering work in the design, investigation, and construction of public works and utility projects as it relates to new land development and utility construction. The position provides project management and project engineering expertise to various types of public works projects and applies extensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices across broad areas of assignments. This position works with a high degree of independence in making decisions and managing assigned areas. The pay range for this position is $105,966 to $169,271 annually. The anticipated hiring range will be around the midpoint of the pay range for well-qualified applicants.
