You'll be in the driver's seat, from business requirements analysis and technical design discussions to testing and partner collaboration. Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, Program Management, or Project Management supporting software engineering teams
• Experience working across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
• Proven ability to define and manage program roadmaps, milestones, dependencies, and delivery timelines aligned with business objectives

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with multimedia customer engagement channels such as voice, chat, and email
• Exposure to hands-on experience with machine learning concepts and applications
• Experience working with third-party vendors, including software providers and external resources
• Familiarity with managing funding for consulting team members on the team via quarterly Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase requisitions, approving monthly invoices and other vendor-related processes.
• Experience partnering with Quality, Compliance, and Legal teams on initiatives involving GDPR, accessibility, and related standards

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for the success of your projects, steering them from concept to launch with laser focus on execution.
• Confidently navigate multifaceted environments, building strong relationships and smoothly resolving conflicts.
• Work seamlessly with engineers, product owners, and strategic partners, ensuring everyone is aligned and informed.
• Efficiently manage resources, monitor timelines, and proactively identify and mitigate risks.
• Maintain a relentless focus on execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery while paying meticulous attention to detail.
• Work closely with infrastructure solution architects, DevOps engineers, software developers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Manage funding & invoices for consulting team members on the team via quarterly Statements of Work (SOWs), purchase requisitions, approve monthly invoices & manage onboarding & off-boarding.
