As an Engineering Project Manager for Claris you will collaborate with senior leadership and engineers on all teams to define, prioritize, and implement strategic roadmaps for FileMaker projects. You will be responsible for synthesizing business and technical challenges and competing priorities across Engineering team, services, and operations engineering teams in order to design a holistic solution championed by cross-functional partners that drive business standardization, efficiency, and innovation for a global team. The role will require interaction with cross-functional stakeholders, so strong communication and collaboration skills are a must. Daily tasks may include requirements gathering, facilitating design discussions, project planning, mocking up proof-of-concept, tracking and reporting on feature and product validations, performing data analysis, working with partners, building team readouts, and more.
