About The Position

We are looking for a Technical Engineering Program Manager (P3) to drive execution of large-scale data and platform programs within the Adobe Unified Platform. This role requires a solid understanding of the data lifecycle, data platforms, and ETL/ELT ecosystems, along with the ability to deliver programs that drive measurable business impact.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 7+ years of program management experience in cloud or data platform environments
  • Strong understanding of data lifecycle, ETL/ELT pipelines, and data platforms
  • Familiarity with data concepts such as modeling, governance, quality, and lineage
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum or similar)
  • Proficiency with tools like Jira and Confluence
  • Ability to define and track success metrics
  • Working knowledge of AI tools and data analysis for insights
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hard-working & self driven with a bias for action and ability to navigate ambiguity

Responsibilities

  • Drive end-to-end execution of programs, including planning, scheduling, and prioritization of deliverables
  • Track progress, manage risks/issues, and provide regular status reporting
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program execution and coordination
  • Understand upstream and downstream data dependencies and ensure alignment across teams
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, Architecture, and QA to support delivery goals
  • Connect program breakthroughs to business outcomes and track progress against defined metrics
  • Identify risks early and work with teams to mitigate or resolve issues
  • Remove blockers and ensure smooth program execution
  • Support cross-functional communication and coordination to maintain alignment
  • Contribute to building and improving program management processes
  • Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams
