About The Position

As an Engineering Professional – Testing, you are executing laboratory and field validation testing, inspections, and data acquisition activities to support the design and validation of products and services. You are contributing to the design and construction of test facilities, instrumentation systems, and test software. You are working within cross‑functional teams to perform routine and complex analyses while supporting technological development under guidance. As an Engineering Professional – Testing, you are being responsible for: Executing laboratory and field validation testing, inspection, and data acquisition for use in the design and validation of products and services. Designing and constructing test facilities and instrumentation systems. Developing and supporting test software for data collection and analysis. Executing routine analyses using established methods and technologies. Contributing to technological development initiatives within engineering teams under supervision. Working closely with business unit stakeholders to collect and provide technical information. Operating within a team environment or under guidance to execute routine but complex analytical activities.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing and engineering technology).
  • Have strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Have the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Have strong problem‑solving skills and an analytical mindset.

Responsibilities
