Our facility in Highlands Ranch, CO /Littleton, CO has an immediate opportunity for an experienced, level 4 Engineering Planner for the GeoXO program with a focus on detailed execution of engineering. GeoXO (Geostationary Extended Observations) is a cutting-edge initiative led by Lockheed Martin focused on advancing space-based Earth observation capabilities. This program is designed to develop and deploy a new generation of geostationary satellites that will enhance our ability to monitor and understand various dynamic Earth processes and environmental conditions. Click here to learn more about the history of GeoXO. Be a part of the most cutting-edge technology in Space. Our team helps plan and schedule Lockheed Martin's new and emerging technologies. You will work closely with Program Planning, Engineers, and CAMs to develop the Program Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and detailed supplemental schedules to track and manage engineering releases for spacecraft and spacecraft assemblies to meet program deadlines. This position will be in office full time, based on program needs. You will be challenged with leading other Engineering Planners and developing the bench strength within the organization through knowledge transfer while architecting and maintaining detailed engineering schedules, driving accountability, analyzing critical paths, and reporting various engineering health metrics and KPI's.
