This role will perform product testing for our microwave susceptor product, and will require the ability to work will our engineering team to design a reliable microwave test system. Requirements

• A student in Physics, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering with a strong foundation in experimental measurements.
• Naturally detail-oriented with an uncompromising commitment to data accuracy and reproducibility.
• Adaptable and capable of maintaining high technical standards while developing interim test setups.
• A clear communicator who values oversight as a tool for professional growth and technical excellence.

• Self-driven with the ability to coordinate and manage project with minimal supervision
• Ability to learn and understand new electronics and electrical systems
• Outstanding troubleshooting skills on electrical and physical systems
• Exceptional attention to detail
• Experience with soldering
• Proficient with Google Drive or MS Office
• Ability to work in teams and collaborate effectively with others
• Strong time management skills
• Previous experience working in a machine shop or lab environment

Responsibilities

• Execute lab-scale tests with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring all variables are accounted for and documented.
• Support the creation of robust data sampling methods that provide actionable insights.
• Assist in the transition from manual testing to more sophisticated, automated systems to increase data reproducability.
• Work under the guidance of senior engineers towards long-term technical goals.
