Opportunity We are seeking a highly organized, technically fluent, and driven individual to support the CTO and the engineering leadership team. This role will function as a “right hand” to the CTO - managing key programs and operational initiatives, aligning and tracking engineering OKRs, coordinating across teams, and stepping in to represent the CTO when needed. The ideal person is capable of balancing strategic thinking, program management, and hands-on support while communicating effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
