About The Position
Zscaler is looking for an experienced Engineering Operations Manager to join our Program Management & Engineering Operations team and lead the design and implementation of end-to-end SDLC processes. This role is onsite in Bellevue, WA at least three times a week. Reporting to the Director of Engineering Operations, you will architect and implement streamlined workflows between engineering and cross-functional teams (Product Management, Legal, Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales). You will lead process design and implementation via our Atlassian product suite (Jira Data Center, Confluence, and Marketplace add-ons), including workflows, custom fields, and automation rules to improve team efficiency. Additionally, you will develop and deploy comprehensive dashboards and reporting solutions to provide real-time visibility into key engineering metrics (e.g., sprint velocity, defect density, etc.) and team performance, leading to data-driven decision making. You will also develop and execute change management strategies for new process and tool implementations, ensuring a smooth transition and high user adoption rates, and create and deliver effective training programs for engineering teams and stakeholders to increase process compliance and proficiency.
