As the QinetiQ US Engineering Operations Director, reporting to the Senior Director of QinetiQ’s Innovation & Engineering Group (IEG) within the Solutions Business Unit, you will be responsible for the engagement of our engineering talent with program managers, manufacturing and quality leaders, and Massachusetts based portfolio Vice President. Your role is crucial in fostering and institutionalizing a culture of governance, collaboration, and innovation with internal and external stakeholders.
