We are actively recruiting a highly qualified Engineering Manager for the Apple Cloud Services Engineering team. The Engineering Manager will lead the development and delivery of next-generation user experience platforms.We're looking for a hands-on Engineering Manager with a strong background in software engineering to lead development efforts, architect scalable solutions, and drive technical innovation across our infrastructure platform. In this critical role, you'll manage a high-performing team of engineers focused on advancing our foundational services, with knowledge of Kubernetes being a significant plus. You'll work closely with engineering and product leadership to define our multi-cloud infrastructure strategy, build next-generation products and ensure successful implementation across environments. The ideal candidate has proven experience leading engineering teams, a track record of delivering systems at scale, and deep expertise in distributed software architecture; familiarity with Kubernetes and artificial intelligence is a bonus. You'll own the strategy, and execution of platform initiatives-aligning technical goals with business outcomes to deliver high-impact solutions.
Requirements
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages
- Proficiency highly scalable system design
- Proven experience leading engineering teams
- A track record of delivering systems at scale
- Deep expertise in distributed software architecture
