In this role, you will lead the Client Portal team, owning a crucial channel for B2B partner interaction. Your work will extend beyond mere dashboard creation; it encompasses the development of a sophisticated command center that provides clients with the insights they need to make informed financial decisions. As a leader of a talented engineering team, you will navigate the balance between rapid innovation and maintaining a robust cloud-native architecture, ensuring a superior user experience. Accountabilities Empower and Mentor a talented squad of engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence. Architect with Intent by applying Domain Driven Design principles for a modular and maintainable portal. Bridge the Gap by partnering closely with Product and Design leaders for scalable technical strategies. Own the Stack, overseeing frontend development with Next.js and TypeScript for seamless integration. Manage Cloud Operations, ensuring high-availability access to data within AWS. Drive Velocity by delivering high-impact features while minimizing technical debt.
Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 2+ years in a management role.
- Expert-level command of Next.js and TypeScript for building complex user interfaces.
- Strong understanding of Golang for designing robust APIs.
- Experience implementing Domain Driven Design in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with Cloud-Native technologies and AWS.
- Ability to adapt and pivot strategies in high-growth settings.
