As the Transmission Line Engineering Manager at Black & Veatch, you will play a pivotal role in leading a multi-discipline team of engineers and technicians. This position is designed for individuals who are passionate about managing diverse and challenging projects across our portfolio of design services and EPC programs. You will be responsible for overseeing design quality, budget, and schedule, ensuring that all projects meet client expectations and industry standards. Your ability to communicate client interests and drivers to project team members will be crucial in developing approaches that accommodate these concerns in the performance of the work. Additionally, you will provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. The position will entail occasional travel to support site visits, design reviews, and client meetings, allowing you to engage directly with clients and project sites.
