As an Engineering Manager for the Bangalore SCSE (Sales Client services & Experience) org, you will be part of VCXP (Visa Client Express Platform) team, which handles all its client's onboarding journey from creating visa account. Deliver a multi-year roadmap that leverages Gen-AI capabilities to accelerate knowledge discovery and issue resolution, driving value to clients and to our business. AI-powered tools will be integrated into Client onboarding experience to redefine access and consumption of Visa assets, through predictive search capabilities, context-based knowledge delivery, as well as personalized virtual assistance.
