About The Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Engineering Manager to lead our SDK team and deliver high-quality, developer-friendly SDKs across mobile, desktop, and web platforms and in multiple languages. In this role, you will drive the development of our SDKs, ensuring they are performant, easy to use, and loved by developers on every platform and in every language. You will also play a crucial role in the Ditto developer ecosystem by managing and growing a talented engineering team and establishing a culture that collaborates with cross-functional partners to deliver best-in-class SDK libraries for our customers. A passion for great developer experience, a management outlook that optimizes for repeatable & automated processes, and a strong product mindset is essential.
