As we grow, we are looking for an Engineering Manager – SAP Integrations Team to join us as a close partner to our CTO, helping shape the foundation of our technology and leading key strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 5+ years in software engineering, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Deep knowledge of SAP ERP systems, including S4 Private Cloud and S4 Public Cloud, and experience integrating with them.
• Demonstrated success building and managing integrations within an enterprise technology environment.
• Proficiency with relevant technologies, such as Java, Spring, and Kubernetes.
• Comfortable actively contributing to development while guiding teams on technical direction.
• Able to approach complex engineering challenges with creativity and sound decision-making.
• Strong communicator, able to convey technical concepts clearly and engage with stakeholders across levels and functions.
• Experience mentoring engineers and cultivating a supportive, growth-oriented team culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and maintenance of integrations with SAP ERP systems, particularly S4 Private Cloud and S4 Public Cloud.
• Contribute directly to engineering efforts, modeling best practices and supporting your team on complex technical challenges.
• Support and grow a high-performing team of engineers by fostering a culture of inclusion, innovation, and technical excellence.
• Build strong partnerships with SAP Engineering and Product leadership.
• Work cross-functionally with internal product, engineering, and business teams to align integration solutions with company objectives.
