About The Position

As an Engineering Manager in Quality Assurance, you will lead a team of QA engineers to ensure the quality, reliability, and compliance of our software solutions. You will provide technical leadership, set quality standards, and drive continuous improvement across our QA processes. Partnering with product, engineering, and business stakeholders, you will help define testing strategies, ensure delivery of high-quality products, and mentor your team to grow both technically and professionally.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Quality Assurance, including at least 2–3 years in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong background in QA strategy and execution, with expertise in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or similar).
  • Experience in the financial services domain and with Salesforce testing is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in AWS services and cloud-based application architectures.
  • Proven success building and leading high-performing QA teams in Agile environments.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence across teams and levels of the organization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a passion for driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of QA engineers, fostering a culture of quality, collaboration, and accountability.
  • Define and implement overall QA strategy, including automation, regression, performance, and compliance testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional leaders (Engineering, Product, Business) to align testing efforts with business priorities and release plans.
  • Establish metrics and dashboards to measure software quality, team performance, and release readiness.
  • Oversee the design and execution of test plans, ensuring comprehensive coverage across APIs, integrations, Salesforce, and customer-facing systems.
  • Drive the adoption and expansion of automation frameworks and tools to increase test efficiency and scalability.
  • Partner with development teams to establish best practices for testability, continuous integration, and deployment.
  • Participate in roadmap and sprint planning, ensuring QA activities are well integrated into Agile delivery processes.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, introducing improvements that elevate the organization’s quality practices.
