About The Position

We’re looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-caliber team building the reusable AI capabilities that accelerate innovation across our platform. You’ll combine hands-on technical leadership with people management to deliver systems that are scalable, compliant, and production ready. You’ll work closely with architecture, data science, product, and security to: Define and deliver the AI platform roadmap. Build services and frameworks that make AI integration fast, safe, and consistent. Maintain the operational excellence of critical AI systems. Everything we build at Advisor360° — from advisor tools to client-facing apps — will depend on the services your team creates. You won’t just be leading a team; you’ll be shaping the foundation that enables AI to deliver real business value, at scale and with confidence.

Requirements

8+ years in software engineering, including 3+ years in technical leadership or management.
Experience running distributed systems, APIs, and production services at scale.
Strong knowledge of AI/ML architecture, including LLM integration, vector databases, and RAG pipelines.
Proficiency in at least one backend language (C#, Java, Python) and cloud-native development (Azure preferred).
Track record of delivering in structured engineering environments with quality gates.

Nice To Haves

Experience in fintech or regulated industries.
Familiarity with MLOps, experiment tracking, and evaluation tooling.

Responsibilities

Partner with stakeholders to turn business needs into scalable technical solutions.
