  • Lead and manage a high-performing engineering team, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement
  • Coach and mentor team members to enhance their professional growth and technical skills
  • Develop and oversee project plans to ensure timely delivery of integration and faxing solutions
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among stakeholders to align on project objectives and deliverables
  • Analyze team performance metrics and identify areas for improvement to optimize workflows
  • Work in an agile development environment to design, implement, and maintain efficient software solutions
  • Manage the integration of existing systems with new functionalities and processes
  • Participate in architectural discussions to help shape the future of the integration platform
  • Engage in recruiting and developing talent to build effective teams
  • Conduct regular team meetings to ensure alignment on goals and challenges
  • Contribute to the improvement of software development practices and team processes
  • Interface with stakeholders/vendors to establish and maintain productive relationships
  • Stay informed about industry trends and technologies to drive innovation within the team
  • Support initiatives aimed at enhancing the customer experience through improved integration solutions
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2+ years in managerial role
  • Proven leadership experience with a focus on team building and collaboration
  • Familiarity with programming languages such as: Java, React.js and JavaScript/Typescript and SDLC processes
  • Familiarity with agile principles and practices
  • Experience with data integration and HL7 standards is a plus
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
