Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: Evaluates and integrates state-of-the-art agentic AI platforms and frameworks, ensuring solutions meet enterprise standards for scalability, security, and maintainability. Establishes and enforces observability standards for AI agents, APIs, and platform services, including logging, metrics, tracing, alerting, and incident response. Ensures AI agents and platform services integrate with enterprise identity and access management systems and defines patterns for authentication, authorization, secrets management, and least-privilege access. Develops and implements engineering solutions that improve efficiency, increase capacity, and reduce operational costs. Provides coaching and mentoring to engineering partners and fosters a culture of technical excellence and operational ownership. Establishes strong cross-functional relationships with business, security, infrastructure, and technology partners. Supports development teams and resolves developer issues in a timely and accurate manner. Ensures application and infrastructure architectures are stable, secure, compliant, and aligned with company standards and practices.
