You'll bring a strong technical foundation, a keen eye for operational excellence, and an ability to align cross-functional teams to deliver impactful outcomes. As a leader, you will balance strategic vision with hands-on execution, guiding your team through complex engineering challenges while ensuring WHOOP's data ecosystem is performant, reliable, and cost-efficient.
