THE TEAM The mission of Digital Technology is to design, build, deliver and operate robust, efficient, and scalable Digital technology solutions that align with our strategic, business and technology goals. THE OPPORTUNITY As a member of the Digital Technology team, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and continuously improving technology solutions. As an Engineering Manager, Customer Data, you will define integration patterns, lead technical discovery, and establish the structural integrity of our customer data ecosystem. This is a unique and highly exciting opportunity to build something from the ground up – shaping both the platform and the team that will support it. The role will begin with hands-on technical leadership to stand up the foundational infrastructure, and as the platform matures, your focus will transition to building out the team through recruiting, mentoring, and developing a dedicated squad of engineers to deliver against a shared technical vision. You will also be a key voice in our Digital Architecture forums and a strategic partner to Digital Product Management, accountable for building high-performing teams that deliver quality, reliable, secure and scalable technology products.
