We’re looking for an Engineering Manager, Applied AI to help us to develop, design and deliver our generative AI products and build a high functioning AI feature organization.

Requirements

• Proven experience in leading and managing engineering teams.
• Strong background in software development, with a focus on AI and machine learning.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote-first environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Stay curious and open to growth — actively building fluency in emerging technologies like AI.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers working on AI-driven code generation tools.
• Oversee the development and maintenance of CodeGen projects.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and other stakeholders.
• Drive the adoption of best practices in software development.
• Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and collaboration.
• Ensure the team’s work aligns with Webflow’s overall strategic goals and objectives.
