The Engineering/Maintenance Technician II Investigates building systems and documents operational data. Prepares recommendations for system improvements, maintenance programs and evaluations. Performs as technical leader on installations and upgrades to Facilities systems. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 10 years of related work experience.
  • Advanced current knowledge of seven specialties listed below, as well as the relevant local, state, federal, and regulatory stipulations and codes
