Join our great Team as a Engineering / Maintenance Manager at Casa Marina in the southernmost point in the U.S., Key West ! Nestled along the southern edge of the island overlooking more than 1,100 feet of private beach, this historic hotel has 311 rooms, 4 food and beverage outlets, and over 11,000 square feet of banquet space. What will I be doing? As an Engineering Manager, you would be responsible for managing the functionality and safety of the facility, including the physical building/s, mechanical equipment, electrical system/s, heating and cooling systems and life safety systems in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations. Responsibilities

Assign work, supervise staff and verify and document the completion of all routine maintenance and repairs in the property maintenance management system.
Direct outside contractors, communicates with city officials and inspects quality of work by staff.
Respond and coordinate responses to guest calls and emergency situations.
Interview, train, supervise, counsel, schedule and evaluate staff.
