About The Position

Role: Engineering Lines Executive Underwriter What You’ll Do Underwrite engineering lines and builders risk (CAR/EAR, electronic equipment, CPE/CPM, machinery breakdown, ALOP/DSU). Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing to maintain profitability. Develop and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients. Support new business development and portfolio growth initiatives. Monitor portfolio performance and implement corrective actions as needed. Ensure compliance with guidelines, pricing tools, and governance. Collaborate with regional and international underwriting teams. Mentor junior underwriters and support product development. What You Bring 8+ years of experience in Engineering Lines & Builders Risk underwriting. Expertise in CAR/EAR, CPE/CPM, DSU, and machinery breakdown. Strong analytical skills and comfort with complex risks. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; existing regional broker network is a plus. Experience handling industrial risks and multinational programs. Compensation Base salary: $150,000–$250,000 , plus annual performance bonus.
