As a Senior Engineering Leader, you’ll be responsible for growth engineering and team building—leading and scaling high-impact engineering teams that power Eve’s Applied AI products. You’ll combine technical depth, product intuition, and organizational leadership to drive the roadmap, execution, and quality across Eve’s product surface area.

Requirements

• Proven track record leading multiple teams in a high-growth startup or similar environment, plus the ability to dive in and be hands-on if necessary.
• Deep data expertise with user growth and adoption metrics.
• Builder mindset: Comfortable diving into technical details when needed, but focused on creating leverage and clarity for others.
• A leader who knows when to coach, intervene, or move out of the way, enabling engineers to operate with ownership and pride.
• Strong product and business intuition: You care as much about what we build as how we build it.
• Passion for AI-driven products and a desire to help shape how this technology transforms an entire industry.

Responsibilities

• Architect the future: Shape Eve's growth platform, from onboarding, integrations to enable AI-powered experiences used daily by hundreds of law firms. Delivering high-quality releases, driving increased value and ensuring reliability, availability, and scalability for our growing customer base.
• Drive product and technical strategy: Partner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to turn ambitious ideas into scalable, customer-loved products.
• Hire and develop world-class talent: Recruit, mentor, and grow exceptional engineers and managers. Foster a culture where speed and quality coexist.
• Scale engineering at startup speed: Lead multiple high-performing teams building Eve's most critical systems.
• Raise the bar for excellence: Build the systems, frameworks, and culture that enable a fast-growing organization to ship with precision and confidence.
• Be a multiplier: Create conditions for teams to move faster with autonomy, ownership, and clarity.
