About The Position
Aeroflow Health is transforming home healthcare through technology, innovation, and a relentless focus on the patient experience. As part of that mission, we're hiring an Engineering Lead to guide the team behind our core e-commerce platform, AeroflowSleep.com. You'll lead a team of six frontend engineers working primarily in React, TypeScript, and Next.js, including a group transitioning. This is a true player/coach role—you'll contribute code, mentor developers, drive delivery, and ensure your team is executing against high standards.
