Ensure all maintenance, documentation, and equipment compliance align with GMP standards and site procedures. Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, electronic, and software/hardware systems across production equipment. Investigate failures (e.g., furnace/build issues), determine root causes, and implement corrective and permanent solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and support functions to share knowledge and improve equipment performance. Coordinate and execute preventive maintenance, calibrations, and continuous process improvements using data analysis. Support new product introductions, equipment installations, validations (FATs/SATs), and transitions from other sites. Drive standardization of equipment and maintain accurate uptime metrics, ensuring significant downtimes are addressed. Participate in site-wide improvement initiatives and provide technical input on productivity, efficiency, and scrap issues.
