Zealthy is seeking a full-time Engineering Manager to lead a team of engineers in the development of a telemedicine platform. This role is crucial as the company aims to provide critical healthcare services to all who need them, expanding access to high-quality care. The Engineering Manager will be responsible for a blend of hands-on engineering work, technical leadership, project management, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. The position will initially be based in the Miami Beach office and will transition to the New York City office once it opens in Summer 2024. As an Engineering Manager, you will report directly to the CEO and work closely with the engineering team, product management, and executive leadership to ensure a high-quality user experience. You will be tasked with scaling the engineering team from 4 to over 10 full-stack engineers, fine-tuning the performance of the telemedicine platform, and leading architectural discussions related to its development. Your role will also involve mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative and inclusive environment.
