Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record.
  • Currently enrolled in a civil or environmental engineering bachelors or masters program.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)
  • Must possess solid technical and problem-solving skills.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this position now or in the future.
  • This is an in-office role for Fort Myers office, 40 hours per week.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in AutoCAD and GIS mapping software (Esri products) preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Support civil engineers with project management tasks while gaining hands-on experience in the civil engineering field.
  • Responsibilities will include both fieldwork and office-based assignments.
  • Strong communication skills are essential, as the role involves collaborating with team members and working independently as well as within a team environment.
