About The Position

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Engineering Intern to join our team
for the Summer of 2026. This role will focus on identifying, analyzing, and
solving real-world manufacturing challenges across our operations. The intern
will work closely with cross-functional teams to improve processes, manage
capital projects, increase efficiency, and support continuous improvement
initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field
• Working knowledge of CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) or simulation tools
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Proactive and willing learner with a strong desire to gain practical engineering experience

Responsibilities

• Assist with designing, prototyping, and testing products or systems, and creating 2D technical drawings
• Support data analysis for projects, including creating  reports, validating technical solutions,  and reviewing documentation
• Work alongside Senior Engineers in daily activities, including field investigations, process mapping, and troubleshooting in the field or manufacturing plant
• Prepare technical documents, presentations, and process instructions
