Our Summer Internship Program offers real-world exposure to modern manufacturing environments and the opportunity to contribute to meaningful projects from day one. Over 10 weeks, you will gain hands-on experience in manufacturing engineering and operations, mentorship and guidance from experienced industry leaders, a professional network across functions and facilities, and career-ready technical and professional skills.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA (on a 4.0 scale).
• Familiarity with CAD software and lean manufacturing principles preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative.
• Ability to work on-site at one of our locations for the duration of the program.

Responsibilities

• Partner with manufacturing teams to optimize processes and workflows.
• Assist in developing and implementing production solutions.
• Conduct data analysis to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
• Shadow engineers to gain insights into manufacturing operations.
• Complete a capstone intern project and present results to leadership.
