About The Position

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word & Outlook).
• Ability to work full-time (40 hours per week) for a 12-month period.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in Power BI.
• Greenbelt (lean/six sigma) certificate.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations and engineering to identify waste.
• Validate existing SOPs and revise them as needed.
• Perform system testing with the engineering team.
• Conduct time studies (MOST & stopwatch) to validate existing standards.
• Communicate changes to associates through the Distribution Center leadership team.
